Can Trading Be Part Of A Normal Life?
Short Answer
Yes, trading can be part of a normal life, but only if expectations are realistic. If trading forces you to watch charts all day, feel constant stress, or depend on one trade to change your life, the system may not fit a peaceful life.
Main Idea
I do not believe trading should consume the whole life.
A trading system should not make us forget family, health, sleep, or peace of mind. If the only way a system works is by watching the screen all day, reacting emotionally, and living under constant pressure, then the cost may be too high.
This is one reason I became interested in EAs.
Automation can help reduce screen time. It can follow rules more consistently than emotions. But automation does not remove responsibility. The trader still needs to understand risk, settings, and market behavior.
For me, the ideal trading direction is not maximum excitement. It is calm, structured, and sustainable enough to live with.
My Observation
A trading system should fit the life I want to protect, not consume it.
